Coach
Olivia, or Coach Liv, is a NASM certified personal trainer, masters student in exercise science, and advocate for fitness being for everyone. She believes prioritizing health can change your whole life and exercise should be enjoyable to make it a sustainable lifelong habit. Olivia has additional certifications in kettlebell training, animal flow, nutrition, and is constantly adding more.
Olivia comes from a non-traditional family who taught her young that everyone matters. As a result, she is deeply committed to uplifting women and marginalized groups. Her long term goal is to open a gym with a special focus on inclusivity and empowering everyone in their health and fitness.
In her free time outside the gym, Olivia can be found outside hiking, doing acroyoga, and cooking amazing vegan food. She has been meat-free for 10 years and vegan for 4, and loves busting the myth that you can’t build muscle without eating animal products.
